State of the Net 2013
Trieste (Molo IV), May 31-June 1
650+ attendees, 2.500+ people connected via web streaming, 29 speakers, 8.000 tweets, top trending topic in Italy for 2 days, 100+ media output. The main theme of the conference was complexity. Doc Searls, Dave Snowden and Carlo Petrini held speeches. Howard Rheingold made us a surprise call from California. A cellist played Bach live. Trieste was beautiful, even the day it rained. 70% of the conference was held in english.
